Welcome to the Baptist Church in Vänersborg! The Baptist Church is a small but vivid congregation in the centre of Vänersborg. The congregation was founded in 1867 and the church was built in 1895. In 1994 God gave new life to this old church and many people got saved and made Jesus their Lord and Saviour. Today, one of the most important parts of our work is to become a church for all nations and nationalities. Therefore we offer translation into English in Sunday’s services and in Friday’s Bible teachings. You are welcome to visit us and share the fellowship in Jesus Christ! New music from heaven! The Baptist Church in Vänersborg is a creative congragation. One example of this creativity is all the music and all new songs that are composed by several members of the church. For about 10 years members have composed all the songs and music that are used in services and meetings to glorify and exalt our God and Saviour. Here is a sample of the songs used in our services.
